PromilleoGlass Registry™ • Documentation • Legacy Support
The Story Should Stay With the Piece.
The PromilleoGlass Registry™ preserves the earned identity, meaning, story, evidence, provenance, and continuity behind a PromilleoGlass tribute. The physical piece is the display anchor. The certificate is the formal witness. The PGR record keeps the meaning retrievable over time.
Why This Matters
Objects Outlive Memory.
A medal, badge, insignia, photograph, or glass monument may be obvious to the person who earned it. Years later, the next viewer may not know what it is, who it belonged to, why it mattered, or how it should be carried forward. PromilleoGlass documentation exists to prevent that separation.
Two Record Paths
Choose the Level of Support.
Every PromilleoGlass piece includes Standard Digital Documentation as the baseline record. Premium Legacy Chronicle builds upon that baseline with expanded story, retrievability, and continuity support.
Standard Digital Documentation
Certificate-backed baseline record
Standard Digital Documentation creates the formal PromilleoGlass record for the finished piece and preserves the core meaning behind it.
- premium certificate / COA
- PGR record number
- finished item image
- identified symbol, image, or artifact
- meaning and significance
- story summary
- product configuration and production details
- baseline provenance statement
Premium Legacy Chronicle
Builds on Standard Digital Documentation
Premium Legacy Chronicle includes Standard Digital Documentation, then expands it into a deeper Chronicle for story, retrievability, handoff, and continuity over time.
- everything in Standard Digital Documentation
- expanded Chronicle profile or record page
- QR access path where appropriate
- expanded image gallery
- expanded story, meaning, and legacy record
- stronger retrievability
- transfer / heir fields where appropriate
- future update, reissue, or replacement linkage support
Two Record Families
Different Pieces Need Different Records.
Not every PromilleoGlass piece carries the same documentation burden. Replica-forward and image-based pieces need one type of record. Original artifact stewardship needs a deeper one.
BallistiGlass • GhostGlass • HaloGlass
Representation Records
Representation Records document tribute pieces built around recreated symbols, internal crystal imagery, replica emblems, surface-mounted devices, backgrounds, and nameplate details.
- who or what the piece honors
- symbol, image, emblem, badge, or insignia identification
- meaning and significance
- story and legacy statement
- product configuration and production details
- customer-approved wording and proofing
ExhibiGlass
Stewardship Records
Stewardship Records are used when original artifacts are involved. They document what PromilleoGlass received, observed, handled, preserved, displayed, and returned or issued.
- artifact intake summary
- observed condition notes
- supporting materials index
- chain-of-custody summary where applicable
- work performed and materials touching the artifact
- authentication boundary statement
Important Boundary
Documentation Is Not Guesswork.
PromilleoGlass documents what is observed, provided, created, approved, and issued. For original artifacts, PromilleoGlass does not automatically authenticate historical origin, official issuance, age, authorship, or market value unless those claims are separately supported by qualified evidence.
How It Works
The Record Is Built With the Piece.
Documentation is not an afterthought. It is part of the PromilleoGlass build path.

One Preserved Legacy
The Object Matters. The Story Matters More.
PromilleoGlass documentation and legacy support help the finished piece remain connected to the person, symbol, achievement, artifact, and story it was built to preserve.
