Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • PromilleoGlass, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • PromilleoGlass, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

General Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

  • To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
